On August 4th, I withdrew some money from my PayPal balance into my debit card. It is now the 25th and I have yet to receive it still. When I attempt to raise a dispute it says “let’s try that again later” , which has been happening over and over again.
These people are thrives, plain and simple. They won't let me raise a dispute over them holding my money for over a month! Yesterday I finally got an account clear message so I went to transfer the money in PayPal to my bank account and it reverse did back immediately to PayPal and now I'm stuck again and they won't let me open a dispute
