Unable to provide purchase receipt from your supplier

We do not have a purchase receipt from suppliers as we are a DJ service and have taken deposits from a few brides to hold their wedding date. How do i unlock my account without providing this.....  Reference ID: PP-L-251850390033

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
