Hi.
So in 2017 I was notified that there were some unauthorized purchases made on my account. Assuming it was my son, I didn't pay attention to it, and eventually the account was put on limitations. I've tried going to the Resolution Center and resolving the issue by providing the needed documents, but I cannot provide my credit card statement as I have a different card now than when the purchases were made, so I cannot confirm my credit card. Any ideas as to what I could do to resolve this issue?
