Hi! My account was limited due to adding a card, my photo ID has been approved but I added a DEBIT card that doesn’t send card only statements, only bank statements linked to the card which doesn’t show the card on the statement. Im so confused being a debit card I’m unable to give the documents they have requested, as it’s all linked from my card to my account and I don’t get card statements. How do I go about this?
I have done that, and they don’t think it’s sufficient enough to prove ownership. They want my name, address and credit card number shown. Yet it isn’t a credit card so it doesn’t show on the statement, only the transactions made from the card. So painful.
