Someone hacked in and is transferring money from my bank to Paypal Cash Plus, but PayPal won't let me file a case since this is money I received. Also they changed my language to spanish and added their phone number to my account

Where you able to get through? I keep getting hung up on by the auto attendant, as they are "unable to support me over the phone" and then sends me an email in regards to my question about emails.

Yes, I got through right when they opened at 8:00 central time. I got the number through the app on my phone which I guess verified my info when I called in. I held for maybe 5-10 minutes before someone picked up.
