How long does it usually take to resolve account limitation? If PayPal is going to limit accounts then at the very least they should have staff on hand to talk to to resolve it. No other business works like this.
If its a temporary and not permanent limitation then normally to resolve any issues you have to go to the resolution centre and provide the info that paypal request.
