Unable to confirm identity

My account is disabled and I am unable to do anything due to it being disabled due to a lack of ID. I have spoken to people over the phone but they haven't been able to help. When I submit last year's tax return it says the document must be within 12 months and it was made in June 2020. So I get an email saying that they are unable to confirm my identity because it is not from within the last 3 months. What should I do to resolve this?

Proof of identity
The following is a list of acceptable documents you may provide:

• Government issued ID, such as a driver's license or passport
• Employment authorization card
• Permanent resident card

Proof of address
These documents must be dated within the last 3 months to be considered acceptable:

• Current utility bill dated within the last 3 months
• Bank, credit card, or financial statement
• Cell phone bill
