I have a Swiss PayPal business account, I live in Switzerland, have a Swiss credit card and bank account but my business was founded in Austria. My account has been restricted awaiting confirmation of my identity. I can not confirm my business in the way required - due to the difference in addresses (Austrian and Swiss). I would love to know how I can access my funds and/or prove my identity.
