I have a fraudulent charge on my Paypal debit card. When I try to dispute it I only see a page that says
We’re sorry, you can’t file a case on this type of transaction.
The transaction is still pending. How do I stop it?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
