Unable to close opened dispute case - item received

I opened a dispute since item purchased had not arrived. Few days later it arrived and seller was helpful.

I want to close the case but seems it is not possible while it is under review?

There is no way to contact paypal about this which I find appalling considering the fees they are charging and very unfavorable rate of exhange

when transferring funds to local bank account. They are making loads of money off us but ask us to help each other finding solutions instead

of offering a proper customer service function.

 

So , dear community of volunteers, is there a way to close a dispute before review is over?
