After an appeal to change my account into my name from my ex-husband’s name was reused, my account has been placed on hold. Despite providing all the documentation! I have been told via email to open a new PayPal account. And here’s the problem. I can neither remove my bank account details nor close my paypal account due to pending transactions. They aren’t any though. So I can’t use a new PayPal account with my existing bank information. After a long wait to speak to the limitations department, I was cut off. What to do? I’ve ebay sales about to end and so therefore can’t access the payments from buyers. Do I need to resort to opening a new bank account???
