My account got close and received an email saying Paypal will hold the remaining funds for 180 days from the last payment receive. It is now almost a year since my account last received a payment. I've been calling and chatting on their page but no luck. I still can't get the minimum reserve and funds in my account. Hope someone from PayPal can help out on this issue. I've been calling for months and it seems like customer support agents don't understand our case.
