Unable to Verify PayPal Account

Apparently after submitting ALL the documents for my PayPal account, I still don’t have confirmation on whether they were approved or not yet. When will they get back to me on the limitation and how often will it persist? Also I have another notification on my PayPal prompting me to provide my information for my “identity” but when I clicked on it, it said: “ We couldn't verify your info Please contact us for more help.” What do I do next and what’s going on?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
