Unable to Proof My Address

Hi there,

It's been months that I'm trying to prove my address to PayPal.

I'm a tenant and all utility bills are under the place owner, not mine. I have no landline phone. I tried uploading my mobile phone bill and it was rejected. 

I can't generate a bank statement as it is a savings account so I tried uploading a screenshot for the bank summary and it did not work as it doesn't show my address.

I am unable to contact support as the messaging centre always notifies me that it is not business hours (Does anyone know when are the business hours?)

Any suggestions regarding this are appreciated.
