Unable to Dispute a Payment

Can someone help me open a dispute. I recently opened the wrong type of claim for one of my payments, that wrong claim being 'unauthorised' I intended to open a dispute not an unauthorised claim. I can no longer dispute my payment can anybody help me sort this out or give me a support number?

You are only allowed x1 dispute per transaction.

When you opened a dispute for unauthorised you were telling paypal you were hacked and someone else made that transaction.

Paypal would check IP addys and devices and see it was you and so close the dispute.

 

Your only option is to contact them WHEN the service is back to normal and explain you opened the incorrect dispute and if they would open the correct one for you, this is not guaranteed as per their policy of 1 dispute per transaction.
