I am unable to contact paypal in any ways at all. Money was taken from my credit card and paypal told me to contact my bank about the matter and not paypal, even thought the payment taken is saying it is a paypal transaction for Ebay inc. I contacted the bank and they cancelled that credit card and issued me with a new one. The bank then took out a dispute at paypal. Paypal in turn is preventing me from accessing my money and asked me to confirm my information at paypal. I did what they asked me to do, but heard nothing from them since. My account is blocked for more than one week now and it doesn't matter how hard I try, I just cannot contact anyone at paypal, as there is no option to even send a message to them and their telephones doesn't work. My business has now grounded to a halt with this non contact from paypal.
