Hello I hava a problem with account limitation. Resolved all steps Paypal askedz except one. Because they asking to provide the information about case which I thought was closed.The buyer opened the case on February 27 and on March 1 he received his item. so the case was over and Paypal wrote me I had nothing to do more.But now they are asking information about this case to respond the customer and the case is still in review.When I press on Resolve but There is nothing to do.İ only see the case and can't answer or anything.Because of this my account is still limited.Pleasd help.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
