Un-Authorized Charge from Pay-Pal to my checking account

That's the name of the charge i received from Pay-Pal in the amount of $35.99. I did not buy anything from Ebay or anywhere else this calendar year. 

I Will be contacting Pay-Pal about this soon. Has anyone else had something like this happen?

After contacting Pay Pal support, this issue has been resolved.
