Hi can anyone help me I tried to lift the limits on my account about a year ago and at that time I used a document that was only partially right and no at this time I've come back to try and resolve the issue again and I can't change or rectify the information that was given in the resolution center it just make me send the information that was only partially correct and now I can't change the information can anyone help me?

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
