Have an issue currently which is no fault of my own, nor is it the sellers. The postman came to the door today to get me to sign for a package. I noticed the box was all broken and squashed and thought I would check the item first since the box was pretty much not open. Lo and behold, the box was empty! Either the item fell out during the delivery process or someone stole it. Any idea what can be done for either side? I can't get over that the postman didn't notice how light (and obviously empty) the box was.

Hi there,
The seller needs to work directly with the postal service are they are considered the customer in their eyes. If you notice damage on an item going forward I suggest not signing for it.
