SAME!!!!

My husband and I ordered from this site too on the 27th! A chiminea for our patio on Friday May 1 my husband sent me a screen shot of the delivery confirmation from UPS. Says it's on the front porch. I went out to get it but it's not there. I look at my phone again only to discover this delivery was made on Wednesday the 29th. Again, it's NOT HERE. I call  UPS gave her the tracking number, she confirms it's been delivered and then asked if we gave another address for any reason, of course I reply with NO. She actually gave me the address that it was delivered to (about 4 miles from my house).  Then she says, this is the address the shipper and then says AMAZON had put on the label. At first I didn't even pick up on the source being Amazon because we were looking all over the place for the chiminea we wanted but later on realized, "THIS WAS NOT AMAZON WE FOUND IT ON"! I physically went to the address and spoke to the home owner, I asked if she received a package on Wednesday delivered by UPS. She said yes, I ask, okay may I ask what it was? She says her dogs medicine. In our chatting we double check her front porch (no package) I left her home and didn't even get a mile up the road and something clicked in my head... (did they have the same tracking number I did?) I go back and sure enough her husband reads off the tracking number letter for letter, number for number to what I had in front of me! THIS SITE SOMEHOW GOT THIS TRACKING NUMBER AND ATTACHED IT TO OUR FAKE ORDER!!!  I have photos of the tracking info. package was shipped out of Colorado but the company claims to be in Alabama, also when you call their number, it comes up as a New York number and only rings busy! Package also weighed 2.7lbs.. (hmmm does that sound like a chiminea to you)? OHHHH and of course the seller will respond to Paypal when they ask for the tracking number.    SHUT       THEM     DOWN!!!!!    THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!

I assure you the address is not legit because the stupid address listed on their site is MY RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS! How and why, I may never know. But, thanks to my wife @Jennyhopemarlow, she has been on top of this since last week, calling the FBI, PayPal, local police, BBB, etc..... google has really dropped the ball too. There are thousand upon thousands being scammed. The only reason I know about it....a BBB letter shows up to my address with USfitwear as the addressee and my residential address. There is an identical company called Vemwear.com doing the same thing!!! Terrible!

In case anyone was wondering, Pay Pal does not help. They sided with the so-called sellers stating, "After having reviewed all the details, and based on the information we have to date, we have to deny your case. This decision was made because your billing dispute doesn't match our qualification for a billing dispute."

Pay Pal suggests contacting the seller with the following process. However, when I click on the transaction the seller information is in Chinese characters. They will not take any responsibility and that is a bad way to do business.

How am I supposed to get relief?

How is Pay Pal not responsible to at least make sure the seller information is legit?

Does this mean that Pay Pal doesn't care if they lose consumer trust?

Contacting your seller

To find the seller's contact information:

  1. Click Activity at the top of the page.
  2. Click the transaction in your list of recent transactions.

On the "Transaction Details" page, you’ll see the seller’s name, email, and, if available, the seller’s customer service phone number.

I got scammed too. And I spent hours with PayPal texting to explain the fraud.  I was sent to so many persons and texted and did as suggested but PayPal was of no help.  The folks on the Help line at resolution dispute, etc etc (4 different departments) didn't seem to understand or care that they had a scam going with a fraudulent company having a PayPal account.  I have contacted my credit card company.  I thought PayPal was an extra layer of protection from scams and fraud.  Now I realize that is not the case.  The site USFitwear.com is still up, still with a PayPal account, still with a fake company phone number, a fake company contact website, fake person to contact and shift to a Chinese named person to receive payment.  Of course I never recieved a reply and never received the item.  PayPal sent me a notice that my case was closed because I had authorized the charge. Even a PayPal Help person could not get the case reopened to use the Item Not Received claim.  And when the PayPal representative could not reopen the case, he ended the text conversation!  SHAME ON PAYPAL TOO!

My PayPal is through ACH with my bank, I called them after 2 days of nothing from PayPal, after @askpaypal on twitter promised me a specialist. So if this is how you paid, you can stop payment, O did mine after 2 days. It will cost you a nice chunk of fee, but I will gladly pay that than the scammer getting it.

Good luck, and all of us have a bad experience with PayPal, they really let us down, but that will be settled down the road.
