Viable company or fraud?

I tried to get a refund yesterday but they told me it was a valid purchase. Now I'm out 99.98. Bank was closed soni couldn't even call to stop payment.

Usfitwear SCAM.The old saying if it sounds to good to be true probably is,I ordered a inflatable water slide from this company and paid as a guest on PayPal,PayPal send me confirmation of my payment but usfitwear never did so I tryed calling busy signal,tryed emailing no response,so I contacted PayPal to file a dispute and I've had noting. But the run-around PayPal says I have a active dispute but when I'm logged in and go to there resolution center it says no open cases so I've been messaging waiting to live message nothing.this scam company took me for $98.99 may not be much but it is to me I didn't even have it to spend but it seemed like such a good deal and with school out it would of been great for my kids to have actually received it but no now I have 2 upset kids because I told them they were getting a water slide and then I had to tell them they are not getting one after all.

I used Twitter @askpaypal and private message them. Got someone saying a specialist will get back to me. Will update.

They PayPal should read all of these messages from the PayPal Community that have been ripped off by this fraudulent company and just take them off their site to protect other PayPal subscribers. I sure hope that PayPal has our backs on this. They can clearly see the umber of complaints against this entity (Its Not A Business).

Everyone on this thread should consider filing a complaint with the FTC against PayPal for its negligence in handling this matter. In my view, PayPal is aiding and abetting USFITWEAR in its criminal activity by not being more responsive to user complaints. I plan to post here the entire conversation log I've had back and forth with PayPal so that everyone can see PayPal's various avoidance tactics in attempting not to address this matter in my case. I will also be forwarding the entire log to the FTC with my complaint. And, I hope to be included on any future class action suit against PayPal in this matter.

Same thing happened to me! Broke my foot bought a knee scooter Off usfitwear.com my claim was denied with PayPal stating they provided proof of delivery which they did and it was legit through ups.com how is this even happening??

I definitely blame usfitwear but I also blame Paypal. These jerks are ripping us off and Paypal is doing nothing about it. Since I first messaged yesterday, there's been many others who have been taken in. Paypal has done nothing.

I agree whole heartedly. Ive threatened to report them to the BBB. I thought they were better than this. So dissapointed.
