My profile is limited because of the fact that I tried to enter my banking information too many times while trying to link it but I figure the reason it wasn't going through was because of my address, I live in a rural community and I don't know if that was the reason for the error but I can only guess it is. The reason I'm sending this message though is because I have a course to pay for and the money is in my PayPal and the deadline is this Friday, I've did all the resolution center has asked but nothing up to this point, no updates, nothing. Don't think you can add a local bank account in your country.

You can only add a U.S bank account as paypal is a U.S company and so allows its banks to be added to other countries paypal accounts.

If you want to purchase goods or services the I think you have to add a card.

Click on your paypal wallet and see what cards it accepts.
