URGENT, my debit card hacked and linked into someone Pay pal.

hello Community, 

I never have an account in pay pal before,  this one I made it because I just got notifications that my debit card is linked into someone. 

they make several transactions to buy some goods for *RIOTGAMES (searched online) they charged my card for $79.99 + tax around 5 times... 

how do I report it or how can I claim a refund or how can I solve it? 

please HELP, I never use any pay pal account and never linked any cards.

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.
