URGENT! I have a charge from someone I don't recognize

I have a pending payment that I did do, I don't recognize the company and I didn't make that purchase.. I try to solve it trough the answers of pay pal and it sais that can't because the user agreement.

I don't find a way do SEND them an email with the issue and I can't use my account until this question is solved

Can somebudy help me please?

Sadly paypal can't cancel a pending payment on your paypal account as they do not have the funds yet.

So talk to your bank or card issuer and see if they can re-call or cancel the pending payment.
