URGENT ABOUT ACCOUNT CLOSING

I'm so **bleep** right now. I was told by a buyer to make a paypal account to accept her payment which I did, received the payment but wasn't able to accept it because my bank account wasn't yet confirmed. I waited 2-3 days for the small deposits to confirm my bank. When I confirmed it, it wasn't letting me transfer my money then it then limited my account. I provided proper docs, and etc just for them to tell me a day later that it was DECLINED? I WAIT 3 HOURS ON THE PHONE FOR AN ACCOUNT SPECIALIST AND NO ONE ANSWERS! I GIVE THE **bleep** UP. Y'all closed my account for no got damn reason! I am not a seller. I sold an item to my friend and she isn't able to put her prepaid debit card on cash app so we resorted to paypal which then made me buy tracking info and etc. This **bleep** is sickening. Y'all are illegally holding my money and making me wait MONTHS/180 DAYS FOR MY MONEY??? I'm on the verge of filing a lawsuit against y'all and I'm damn sure never using this site or recommending it. WHAT'S THE HUMAN EMAIL FOR PAYPAL? OR ANY TIPS.

Suggest you send that to customer services .....

 

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
