there was an error when i was trying to buy an ups label but it still charged my paypal without sending me any order confirmation or anything, but in paypal this transaction has been stuck ‘authorising’ for days... i don’t know how to fix this, i need the money back to buy a new label asap & it’s not like i can just cancel the payment and it won’t even let me dispute it!
