When you link a card, PayPal always makes a temporary charge to validate the card and to make sure you are the card owner. Once you successfully confirm the 4-digit PayPal code for the card in the PayPal Wallet, the code is found on your card statement, PayPal issues a refund.
If you remove the card without confirming, contact PayPal customer service to have the charge refunded.
Click the Bell icon near the log out button, then click “Inbox”, then click “+ New Message”.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
