I have a personal Paypal account and I just got an email saying they are initiating the closure of my account. I would like to appeal this decision. To do that, I must go to the resolution centre to respond to any issues that have arisen. However on this page, it simply states that I cannot use Paypal anymore and there is no other options to do anything about this. How do i appeal the decision/see what I can do about getting my account back?

If they have said you can't use paypal anymore then its a permanent limitation and you won't be able to appeal it as far as i am aware.
The only time you can sort things out is if its a temporary limitation and you can resolve any issues.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
