All, I need some advice. I have booked a chalet in scotland and paid it. Due to the corona situation it was closed and our holidays were cancelled. We have asked for refunding but the owner denied and offered a voucher only for a later stay. Am I able to claim the money back? Is there any legal basis for issuing a voucher only? Thanks.
