UAB kilo grupe -- unauthorized charge but resolution center denied

First post here so please be gentle.

 

Last October I cancelled my account with this company (app called <Removed>') and received a partial refund of their annual $66 charge.  The vendor said they cancelled my account, but charged me again on 1/14/2021.  I had no idea that there was anything I needed to cancel on PayPal, so I filed a dispute.  THEN I realized that there is a whole list of 'authorizations' that stay open unless you deactivate!  This was unknown to me for ? reason but now I need my $$ back.  Of course the vendor won't respond to repeated emails.  This unauthorized 'authorization' has since been deleted but how can I get my money back?  I tried to open another dispute but the system won't let me, just shows the results of the first one.   Any advice?

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

Thank you. I might not get any money refunded, was charged $39.00 in January, April, and again this month, July 2, but hopefully there will be no further charges to this group. Today I changed my password, followed your instructions on unauthorized payment from PayPal, and will call my bank as soon as it opens tomorrow to stop payment on this last withdrawal before it is processed.

Before blaming PAYPAL the 'rules' must be followed . I have been using paypal for at least 10 years and this is the second problem I have had . I think that is a good track record . But I still want my money back !

Paypal sucks because they don't do anything to help.  End of paypal for me.  Burn me once shame on you --burn me twice shame on me

 A lot of times what happens is people accept a free trial for a product, like anti virus, and forget to cancel and it auto renews. Be careful what you are accepting.

This company hit me two days in a row for $66 each time and I checked everything everywhere and know that I NEVER signed up for , downloaded an app for or ordered anything new from ANYONE online in almost a month prior to these charges hitting. Obviously my information was hacked on PayPal as I’m sure is the case with most charges from this bogus company! I disputed with my bank and with PayPal. My bank refused the payments to the company, canceled my card and issued me a new one after PayPal replied to my dispute with that automated bs about “your dispute has been denied.... its an agreement you entered into with the company...” . I then looked here for anyone else with this problem and saw HOW MANY people were being victimized (OMFG!!) by this company and seeing that PayPal was supporting the fraudulent activity, I tried to cancel my PayPal account. They would not allow me to cancel my account with them due to one of this company’s charges still pending in my account!! So to keep them from stealing another dime from me, I removed all payment options from my PayPal account and routed all my legitimate subscriptions, that were being processed through PayPal, to a different payment option. Finally the final pending charge to these crooks fell off my PayPal account and I immediately tried to cancel/delete my PayPal account and now they say that I have to ENTER A PAYMENT METHOD IN ORDER TO CANCEL MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT!!! WTF!?? Why would I need to do that?!! As if that doesn’t sound sketchy AF!!!! Lmao!!! Unmmm....hell nope! They are out of there ever-loving minds!! This account will sit right here, with absolutely no activity, til my dying day before I trust PayPal with any payment info ever again!! I thought they could be trusted to watch out for the consumers when fraudulent charges are made but they don’t even investigate it! Just sending out automated denials to disputes! Since they are supporting people being robbed, they are crooks too!!!

I have a $37 charge from the same organization.  Also denied by PayPal.  I feel like they are supporting the so-called businesses more than they support the consumer, so I am cancelling my account as well.

Oh they totally are supporting this business! I supplied information and was still denied. The company itself is denying a refund trying to say I didn’t tell them within 14days... which is false and I shared the original email and my PayPal dispute which was denied. I’ve spoken to an attorney and he suggested reporting to FTC, BBB and FDA. Which I have told the seller and giving them a chance to honor the refund and if they do not then I will move forward with this in addition to reporting PayPal for allowing scammers like this to continue business... I have reports and pictures and they did not even let me know what the seller replied with... which is sketchy and inappropriate for them to see my claim but deny me their reply and claim. I’m serious. File reports! This company continues to scam people and they are getting sick when taking the product! If you dig deeper, you will find other claims against kilu grupe and colon broom. PayPal needs to DO BETTER!!! We are all victims of being scammed and they are allowing it!

Me too. I filed a claim but it was denied by PayPal. I explained I did not make the charge. But now I understand from others' experiences I might have downloaded the app by mistake and deleted it right away. Thus us bad news and PayPal should ban them.
