Shopping Technology Co Ltd, pickmylooks charged twice for one order from my account. Since 6.10.2020 to 13.11.2020 shopping Technology Co Ltd rejected that charged twice. Then this seller have sent message, wrote they have got two times money. But rejected refund money. The message is "Hi there, Thanks for your mail. Would you please cancel the complain? Sorry for that if you don't cancel the complain, we can't refund you. Your money is frozen by the Paypal during the complain. Thanks for your understanding. Best regards." Anyone has got message from seller like that?
