Trying to resolve limitations

At the moment my account is limited and I'm going through the steps to resolve this, I am stuck on where it says to confirm my primary email as I don't understand what files I need to upload.

Here's how to confirm your email address:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Under "Email", click on the email address you want to confirm.
3. Click Confirm this email address.

We'll send you an email with a confirmation link to the email address. Open the email and click Confirm My Email Address. You'll automatically return to the PayPal site. Simply enter your PayPal account password and click Confirm Email Address to access your account.
