So I gave this guy money for shoes he said he would send me... He never did. So I filed a claim but classified it as unauthorized transaction even though I did authorize it. So my credit card company refunded the money to me but now is gonna take it away, due to the merchant who has the nerve to say I did authorize the purchase in which I did. What I am trying to say is I filed the wrong type of claim I guess which is why the claim is still under review but will favor the merchant because I technically did authorize. So I tried filing another claim stating I paid the merchant the money before he send the shoes in which I never got and that claim got sent back already saying no suspicious un authorized activity was found. I know there was no unauthorize transactions, but I never got the shoes What do I do? I’m confused on what to do.
