Can anyone help? I made a rather large payment to a seller that ended up bouncing on the seller’s end when she attempted to issue me a refund, and the refund was later cancelled by PayPal so i never actually received the money. Because PayPal cancelled the refund, i cannot open a dispute and the seller is unresponsive to my messages. I am very concerned that i will never get my money back and will be forced to take legal action against this seller to recoup my money. Has this ever happened to anyone? PayPal customer service has been somewhat helpful, but unless the seller responds to them or to any of my messages, there is little they can do.
