I have been trying for days to forward an email from my local post master for an open case. It is verification that the tracking numbers stated to paypal were not delivered to my address. They keep emailing me directions thru the resolution center but for some reason I do not have the options stating to use! HELP!
If they sent you the email address, then you have to go to your email with the info you want to send. Mark the forward button, then type in their email address, along with comments you want to make. Be sure you type in the claim number. Also, if you have any attachments, like pics or other correspondence, then be sure to send that as well
