Hi, I want to close a dispute because my problem has been solved but the only way to close it is by calling Paypal support. Every time I call them, they take my information and then tell me to wait for a paypal manager to call me back. When he calls me, he tells me that I will be put on hold, but after 4-5 minutes, they just hang up the call. I already tried it over 10 times and it is the same thing every time. What should I do and why is it so hard to close a dispute? I'm extremely stressed out by this.

There are other ways you can contact us if you could not close the case by calling us.
