Hi, I was trying to buy a pair of shoes and I think the website is fradulent and a scam. I did not receive a receipt after my purchase, and the name of the seller does not match the website. I made this purchase recently like 1 hour ago and I was wondering if I can cancel it somehow... The resolution page is also not loading for me, I just want to cancel my payment. Help!
If its showing as completed then sadly you can't cancel unless you contact the merchant and they agree to cancel and refund.
However paypal gives you some buyer protection for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described so if either happens post back for more advice.
