I am trying to unrestrict my account. I have submitted my photo ID. The next thing it asks me to do is change my password. When I try to do that it says "check your original password." I have copy and pasted my original password and I have hand typed it in, and nothing works. I used the same password to actually log into the account to get to that page, so I do not know what the problem is. I would be able to complete the steps to regain full access if it would simple let me. Is there something I am doing wrong?
