Can anyone help. I purchased items online. Hermes marked them as delivered.. But didn't deliver them. I opened a dispute with paypal. But because hermes marked as delivered with a photo of my closed door with no parcel in the picture. PayPal went in the sellers favour. Seller isn't interested in helping me now. Hermes have emailed me admitting none compliant delivery.but wont provide me with the letter stating that with my address on for PayPal to help, and PayPal won't accept the email saying none compliant delivery . What can I do to get my money back. Thanks
