Trouble with disputes.

I recently made a purchase of an online seller and he required me to pay him via friends and family. I thought he had scammed me so fiiled an unauthorised transaction as it was the only option. He hasn't scammed me now the funds are pending for him and the case is closed. How can I mark the case as resolved/ stop the payment from pending.
