Hi, my mother is having trouble logging into her account. When she tries to log in it says that there has been sent a security text to her phone but she doesn't receive the text, thus she can't log in. She tried sending an email earlier to ask for help but got an auto reply saying that she need to use the help center on her account but she can't log in. Now we've tried to many times to log in so her account has been blocked. We can't seem to reach the paypal company to ask for her account to be opened, there doesn´t seem to be an email we can send a question to either.. what can she do?
