Transferring funds from debit card to paypal

Now I’ve already linked my debit card to my PayPal account but every time I attempt to transfer money to my PayPal account to lift the limitations it ask me again to link another card what do i need to do because I have money waiting to show up on my account already and more be here by MON I need to be able to access my account that I pay for

You can only add money to PayPal balance with bank account though, not debit card. So, not understanding what it is you’re trying to do. Did you confirm the debit card successfully with 4 digit PayPal code?

You can send money with linked bank account or debit/credit card instead.
