Hi! My PayPal account was limited for 180 days and was recently lifted in order to withdraw my funds. However, the withdrawal option I was given was to add an Mpesa account in order to withdraw, because the account was created in Kenya. But I'm currently in a non-paypal country and have no plans of going back to Kenya, hence can't add up an Mpesa account to withdraw my funds. Is PayPal able to transfer the funds in my account to a different PayPal account so I can easily withdraw, on my behalf? Thanks in advance.
If the account was permanently limited then you would not have the options of mpesa or equity bank anyway even if you had not moved as they are not an option after a ban.
The only option would be a US bank account if you have one, if not you would need to contact customer services to help you access the funds.
