I was charged $106.48 and didn't authorize this transaction. I need to be refunded ASAP as I'm living on a limited budget and that was supposed to go towards food for this month.
If the transaction appears in your paypal account activity, then locate the transaction, click it, then click:
I want to report unauthorized activity
Report suspicious activity, transactions and account changes you didn't authorize.
Otherwise, contact your financial institution to report as unauthorized wherever account the charge appears on and they will contact PayPal in the course of their investigation.
