Hello, Hope you can help or give me some headlights. Last weekend I made a few orders on eBay, done the payment with PayPal as normal. The first case was Saturday [2021-01-29], I received an email telling my bank account had insufficient funds. (Not True) And the PayPal would advance the money to the seller and put my account on hold with negative balance. I went to PayPal website, see what was happening and received another message saying to regulate the situation I could do a Top Up operation, and so I did with my homebanking account. The problem was Monday when I went to my homebanking account and saw the eBay transaction really gone through. Now I have paid twice for the same order. Sent emails to PayPal support and no replies since Monday [2021-02-01]. Today [2021-02-03] Received another 2 emails from another 2 eBay orders, with the same information telling me the bank account have insufficient funds, and the negative balance on my PayPal account gone through the roof. The problem remains the same my bank shows all the transactions did fine to the eBay sellers, but PayPal want me to do Top Ups operation to remove the negative balance. Essential I end up paying twice in all the orders, if this doesn't get resolved.
