I had a fraudulent purchase in 2015. A laptop bought on eBay using my paypal credit card. The purchase was odd because it was bought and delivered in one day. I reported it but it appears 5 years later it was not and Paypal sent the amount to collection. I wrote Paypal back then and never heard back. Forward 5 years later and the amount is now in collection. I looked for the letter I sent Paypal and cannot find it. I am trying to get the transaction but Paypal only goes back to 2017. Any help or advice is appreciated
