There is a payment appearing on my secondary credit card statement dated Jul24/25 PayPal *SCHFOUNDATION4029357733ON $35.00 that I want to know who/what this is for. The phone number brings me to PayPal, but it doesn’t appear on my paypal account statement.
If you paid for an item online with a card and NOT by logging into Paypal then it would not show on your Paypal account.
However it 'may' have been processed by a sellers Paypal 'card reader' and so Paypal would show on your card statement.
If that is not the case and the payment was unauthorised then you can report it as such by either phoning customer services OR contacting your card issuer for a chargeback.
