Transaction not listed but received confirmation email

Over a month ago, I purchased an item through PayPal and received a confirmation email. The transaction is not listed on my PayPal account. The website I ordered through appears to be fraudulent. The company did not respond to any customer service contacts/inquiries I made and I never received the product. How do I file a dispute when I can’t chose the transaction in my PayPal account to start a dispute when the transaction is not listed on PayPal? PayPal customer service is closed due to Coronavirus and are not answering the phone!

If you bought something online with a debit or credit card and did NOT log into your Paypal account then of course it won't show on that Paypal account because you bought as a 'guest buyer'.
However your seller may have processed that payment using their Paypal 'card reader' and so Paypal would show on your bank or card statement.

If that is not the case then contact customer services AND your card issuer to query the transactions.

If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......
1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.

I recently purchased an item online from a web site called beshopus.com. When i checked out it was done through paypal guest checkout. I received the confirmation email from paypal saying i authorized a payment for the product. A short time after that i found out the website and seller was a fake or fraudulent site. Without the transaction listed in my accounts recent transactions page, how do i file a dispute on said transaction?
