Hello, I've tried making a payment with alilbaba paypal option, the payment failed but the money was taken out of my credit card account. The payment does not show up in paypal but when i contacted my bank they see the funds taken out. I also contacted alibaba support and they see the transaction as failed. how am i to get back my funds ?? I contacted paypal message center but it has been hours with no reply. I have business to conduct and i need some assistance.
